Group Kettlebell and Bodyweight Classes in Leeds
This is not a bootcamp but a small group session with care given to all. You will not be left to your own devises, a trainer will always be at hand to correct your techniques and guide you through the classes. Classes are designed for beginners, intermediates and advanced individuals be at bodyweight conditioning or kettlebells.
Classes in conjunction with RAWFIT every:
Monday: 6pm-7pm  Class (max 10) Bodyweight Blast (Currently full)
Monday: 7pm-8pm Class (max 10) Bodyweight Blast  (waiting list)
Wednesday: 6pm-7pm Class (max 10) Kettlebell Meltdown  (Currently full)
Wednesday: 7pm-8pm Class(max 10) Kettlebell Meltdown (waiting list)
Thursday: 6pm-7pm Mixed Group Sprint Session High Intensity Interval Training (MAXimum fat burn)

Location: Thomas Danby Sports Centre Leeds & Roundhay Park
Monthly Payments:-
FOR PAY AS YOU GO: £12 per hourly session
1 SESSION per week based on 4 week month: £40
2 SESSIONS per week based on 4 week month: £48
3 SESSIONS per week based on 4 week month: £60
