Before starting a personal training 1-2-1 programme or group personal training programme we will go through various test and assessments which include:
Blood pressure,
Body circumference,
Peak Flow measurement,
Body fat analysis using Maltron Body Composition Analyser
Body fat analysis using Harpenden Skinfold measurement,
Flexibility test,
Functional strength
Core strength

Following that individual home or gym based physical training programmes and the all important individualised nutritional programme to suit your goals, be it weight loss, fat loss, muscles gain lean toned muscles. More detailed sports nutrition is also covered for sports specific requirements which includes supplementation.

All training while under the supervision of Valentine Rawat Personal Training, programmes will always be varied and focusing on the seven pillars of fitness and overall wellbeing:
1. strength
2. stamina (general cardiovascular endurance and local muscular endurance)
3. suppleness (flexibility)
4. speed
5. skill (kinasthesis, motor coordination and control)
6. structure (size, shape), and
7. spirit (psychological fitness)

In any given session the following with will covered:

  • Functional fitness, weight loss, toning, strength, conditioning.
  • Running, triathlons, Flexibility, Corrective & Rehab.
  • Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA
  • Yoga, Pilates, Pre/Post-Natal and much more…



It won’t make much sense until you see everything that is included and how I do things, but our all-inclusive fees are:


Initial Consultation* Free with block sessions

  • 6 session (£70.00 per session) £420
  • 12 sessions (£55.00 per session) £660
  • 24 sessions (£55.00 per session) £1320

Please note: All blocks must be paid for in advance of training to receive the allocated discounts; otherwise the single session rate is applied. All training blocks are valid for only three months from date of purchase.

  • 12 sessions (£53.50 per session) £642.00
  • 16 session (£51.50 per session) £824.00

Semi Private Personal Training Sessions

Maximum 3 people. Exercising with a training partner with similar goals as yourself can help you all stay on track. All the benifits all 1-2-1 personal training, body fat analysis, individual food plan and exercise plan. A gentle approach to Personal Training but will give you the motivation to change your lifestyle. Better still you get to share this package with your loved one or a friend. Share your SUCCESS.

This is for individuals with very busy schedules (typically people who travel a lot) and require a great deal of flexibility. You can call to arrange sessions on an adhoc basis for that much needed motivation.

Group Personal Training Classes

Please CALL 07968025354 for a quote. Maximum 10 people. One of the most affordable way to work with Valentine Rawat. This is not a bootcamp, this is Group Personal Training its a little more PERSONAL. Each individual will get personal attention that they deserve. These small group classes can be arranged should you wish to train at your home, office, and park or on location both in the UK and abroad.

Health assessment and fitness test is complementary for those on 6 weeks plus programmes and those clients having weekly training sessions. To get a great picture of your progress for long term clients we advice doing this every three months.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are for 45-60mins sessions. All payment are to made at the start of each training session or block payment in advance.
  • Sessions must be used the above time frame. 
  • Please be on time, I normally have back to back sessions so if you are late then it takes away time from the session.
  • 24hour notice for any cancelations, if a cancelation is made without a 24hr notice the session will be lost, unless due to medical issues or family emergency, a doctors note will be needed for any medical issue’s (this goes the same for me, if I have to cancel a session without 24hrs notice I will give you a free session).
  • Other that than I require full commitment, dedications to reaching your given goal and I will share my knowledge, experience and passion in making your goals a reality.
