I help you move it back up — not by turning your life upside down, but by finding an approach that fits around the life you’re already living.

 

Training is built around what actually works — kettlebells, resistance training, interval work, and cardiovascular conditioning, all structured progressively so you’re always moving forward without burning out. Nutrition is practical and sustainable, not a meal plan that makes you miserable by Wednesday.

How it works

Step 1. Initial consultation and assessment to establish where you are right now.

Step 2. Build your programme and put a realistic, effective exercise and nutrition plan in place.

Step 3. Review progress regularly and adjust where needed.

Step 4. Keep going.
