Muscle Building

Muscles are a good thing, as its a sign of good physical strength, fitness and health. Its also goes by the name of ‘toned’. Each individual has a unique physical makeup and therefore my strength programme will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve overall wellbeing.

Pre & Post Natal

If you are pregnant or just given birth, congrats. With so much change happening both physically its never been so important to look after your body. While your baby will be your first priority you cannot neglect your own wellbeing.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

The most direct way to work together. Every session is built around you — your goals, your schedule, your body. I come to you, bring everything needed, and we get to work.

Training Block

  • Two sessions per week — 10 weeks — £1,440
  • Three sessions per week — 10 weeks — £2,160
  • Four sessions per week — 10 weeks — £2,880

All blocks paid in advance. Valid for three months from date of purchase.

Monthly Subscription

  • Two sessions per week — £576 per month
  • Three sessions per week — £864 per month
  • Four sessions per week — £1,152 per month

Minimum 12 months. Payments taken every four weeks by direct debit.

SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Maximum three people. Training with someone who shares your goals keeps you accountable, pushes you harder, and frankly makes the whole thing more enjoyable. You get everything included in 1-2-1 coaching — the assessment, the programme, the nutrition guidance — at a more accessible price point.

Works well for couples, friends, or colleagues who want to train together properly rather than just turning up to the same gym and doing their own thing.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES

Maximum eight people. This is not a bootcamp. Not a class where you’re just another body in the room. Every person in the group gets individual attention, a programme built around their goals, and coaching that actually notices them.

Works well for small groups of friends, families, or colleagues who want to train together without losing the personal element. Can be arranged at your home, a local park, your workplace, or on location.

Remote Coaching

Not everyone can train in person. And for those who already know how to move well, remote coaching via video call can be just as effective as being in the same room.

This isn’t an app. It’s not a PDF programme dropped in your inbox. It’s the same coaching, the same attention, and the same standards — just delivered through a screen.

Available to existing clients and experienced individuals who already have a solid training foundation. If you’ve trained with me before or you have significant experience and want to continue working together remotely, get in touch and we’ll have a conversation about whether it’s the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to be fit before I start?

    No. That’s a bit like saying you need to be clean before you have a shower. Most people who contact me haven’t trained in years, are carrying a bit more than they’d like, and aren’t sure where to begin. That’s exactly who I work with. We start where you are, not where you think you should be.

  • How quickly will I see results?

    Honestly, it depends on what you mean by results. Most people notice they’re sleeping better, moving more easily, and feeling less sluggish within the first two to three weeks. Visible physical changes take longer — typically six to eight weeks of consistent training. Anyone promising dramatic transformation in two weeks is selling something. I’m not.

  • I've had a bad experience with personal trainers before. How is this different?

    I hear this a lot. Usually it means someone was put through punishing sessions that left them exhausted and demoralised, given a generic programme that didn’t fit their life, or made to feel judged for not being fit enough already. None of that happens here. Sessions are challenging but never pointless. Programmes are built around your life, not someone else’s template. And you’ll never be made to feel like a problem to be fixed.
