Before any training begins, we have a proper conversation. About where you are now, what you want to achieve, and what’s been getting in the way. No forms, no pressure, no awkward sales pitch.

 

From there, if it feels like a good fit, we do a full assessment — looking at how you move, your current strength and mobility, your body composition, and any injuries or health considerations that need to be taken into account. Everything that follows is built on that foundation.

 

This isn’t a tick box exercise. It’s the starting point for a programme that actually works for you.
