Most important person is YOU. Without you nothing else really matters. This is not a shellfish thought, at the end of the day if you do not love and take care of yourself who will. If your plate is empty what can you offer someone else. Do not wait for others to make you happy; JUST BE HAPPY.

When it comes to feeling good, feeling healthy, and feeling… well just feeling awesome its about taking control of yourself. Many people in your life that can give your advise and guide you but ultimately the most important voice is the one that speaks to your every day in your mind. So tame it and make it positive.


1. Wake up, go to the mirror and repeat out loud, “Life is a gift so celebrate it everyday. Remember the little magic moments. Live it to the full. Life is beautiful, just make sure that you acknowledge it. I am grateful.
2. Visualise positive thoughts while taking in deep breaths
3. Drink 1/2 pints of water
4. Get some movement, this can be in a form of a brisk walk, or your morning hour of power exercise routine
5. Eat good wholesome breakfast and with lunch and dinner already in mind (do not deviate)
6. Celebrate
7. Love
